List personalized glassware in your shop. When it sells, we etch it with your customer's name, pack it in your branding and ship it to their door. You pay per order. No inventory, no machines, no minimums.
For Etsy, Shopify and online store owners. We don't sell to the public.

Choose glassware from our catalog. Every item has a fixed base price.
Upload your own artwork. A library of ready-made designs to license is coming.
Use our photos of real etched samples, add a personalization field, and set your own price.
The order reaches us, we etch the buyer's name, pack it and ship it. Tracking comes back to your shop.
Most print-on-demand engraving on glass runs on a CO₂ laser. We sandblast through a photoresist stencil instead, the method glass engravers have trusted for decades. Glass is all we do.
| TYPICAL POD | INDESIGNR | |
|---|---|---|
| Process | CO₂ laser marking | Resist stencil + abrasive blast |
| Finish | Surface mark | Even frosted etch with depth you can feel |
| Catalog | Hundreds of products, one of them glass | Glassware only |
| Who makes it | Routed to a partner print provider | Our own shop, every order |

Your buyer's personalization text travels with the order, so the name on the glass is exactly what they typed.
Your logo, your shop name, no prices.
On every shipping label.
Your printed card in the box. Available.
Ready to give, safe to ship. Available.
No monthly fee, no setup fee, no minimum. You set your retail price and keep the difference.
Glass, etch and personalization in one number, listed per item.
Calculated per parcel at the carrier rate, so you pay the postage actually bought and nothing on top.
80% off your first 10 samples, so you can photograph the real thing.
Lower base prices above 100 orders a month.
Yes. Etsy asks sellers to disclose production partners on their listings. We give you the details to add.
Upload your own artwork. That is how every order works today. A library of designs to license is being prepared and is not open yet. Single-color vector art (SVG, AI, EPS or PDF) etches best.
3 business days to produce, then 2 to 5 days in transit within the US. Tracking goes back to your shop as soon as the label is bought.
Report it with the order number and photographs. We assess the claim from the photographs and settle it one of two ways: a remake, engraved and shipped again with neither goods nor postage invoiced, or a credit against your next invoice. That covers deliveries within the United States. Breakage on a parcel shipped abroad is a carrier claim, filed with USPS, and we supply the label, tracking and dispatch details it needs.
We etch exactly what the order says, so the glass carries whatever your customer typed. A change is possible until the workshop accepts the order, because accepting sends it straight to the engraving queue. Tell us as soon as you spot a mistake.
We only work with sellers. Ordering samples for your own shop is always welcome.
